I love me some long exposure aerial shots. Tonight I arrived in Encinitas right at sunset and got a battery in. I was able to get a couple shots right as the sun hit the horizon and a couple long exposure shots after sunset.

Only a couple times a year, the sun lines up with the Scripps Pier in La Jolla, CA. Most are fighting for a spot under the pier to get that perfect shot. Luckily for me the skies were nice and clear to get a new perspective.
